We do not accept returns

    • Can we cancel an order?

Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. The full amount paid will be refunded.        

    • What happens if my pottery arrives broken?   

      Pottery which is damaged in transit will be replaced as soon as possible, just take a photo of it and contact us. It will soon be on its way to you again.  Fortunately, due to very good packing, this issue does not happen very often!
